SHIPPING POLICY
Hello PLUGGED BABE! We currently ship via USPS by way of Priority Shipping. We do not offer pick ups/meet ups. We ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. After your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Depending on your location you can expect your order within 1-5 business days after it is shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. If an exchange is honored, it must be done within 5 days of delivery confirmation. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back. The return address is listed on the shipping label. There is an automatic 30 day warranty issued for manufacture defect.
